1. Liability for Damaged Goods

Once goods have been picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur. Goods must be handled with care to ensure they remain in optimal condition.

2. Allergies and Ingredients

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies. If ingredient labeling is required for pre-packaged cookies, please notify us at the time of placing the order. For treats intended for events, we are not responsible for any allergen concerns.

3. Payment

Payment in full is required to secure your order and booking date. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your order. Refunds and shop credits are subject to our discretion. If your order has already been prepared, no refunds will be issued, and we reserve the right to re-sell, donate, or gift the prepared items.

5. Pickup Terms

Orders are available for contactless pickup in Courtice. Prompt arrival at your scheduled pickup time is essential, as cookies may melt if left out in heat for an extended period. We are not liable for any damage to goods resulting from late pickups.

6. Rescheduling Pickup

If you need to reschedule your pickup time, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, no refunds will be provided for no-shows. If your order is not picked up on the scheduled date, we reserve the right to re-sell, donate, or gift the items.
