What's Included?

When will I receive my subscription box? 
Courtice Pickup- The 1st Thursday OR Friday of the month
Delivery- The 1st Thursday of the month between 4-10pm 

How much is delivery?
The delivery rate is $5-10 and is calculated at checkout

Can I substitute Flavours?
Unfortunately, flavours cannot be substituted. Please let us know of any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be done prior to the 20th of the month prior to your cookie pickup/delivery. To cancel please email us OR cancel through the customer portal, which can be found in your subscription receipt/email. 

Do I have to sign up every month?
NO! Sign up for the subscription once and receive a box of cookies every single month! Sit back, relax & enjoy! YOU DESERVE IT! 

How do I pay?
Your original payment card will be charged automatically on the 25th of every month. No need to set an alarm or a reminder! Enjoy your cookies stress free!
