Payment in full is required to secure your order or pickup date.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your order. Refunds and shop credits are subject to our discretion. If your order has already been prepared, no refunds will be issued, and Sweets on Stainton reserves the right to re-sell, donate, or gift the prepared items.

Orders are available for contactless pickup in Courtice. Please ensure prompt arrival at your scheduled pickup time, as cookies may melt if left out in the heat for extended periods. We are not liable for any damage to goods resulting from late pickups.

We understand that life can be hectic, and if you need to reschedule your pickup time, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, no refunds will be provided for no-shows. Sweets on Stainton reserves the right to re-sell, donate, or gift your order if it is not picked up on the scheduled date.
